Poubille sis geographically located in the north-east of the Lot-et-Garonne department , ( Location Map ) , where it borders the Dordogne and the Lot departments. Lot-et-Garonne is renowned for its attractive lifestyle , boasting a rich historical past, superb landscapes, fine food and wine.
Poubille is a private property situated in the heart of the countryside and set in an undulating landscape of woods and fields, quiet and restful.
Poubille is well away from any hustle and bustle. The nearest villages are five kilometres away and offer all the basic essentials: a convenience store, butcher's, baker's, doctor's surgery and chemist, garage and petrol pump, post office, restaurants, etc. Local farmers and stock breeders are also available for tastings of farm produce. The town of Fumel, some ten kilometres away, offers a wider choice of all sorts of shops. |

These prices include : One week's rent (Saturday to Saturday, from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure), water, electricity, full use of the "Domaine de Poubille" property and its facilities, in common with the owners: swimming pool, multi-sports field, tennis court, etc., within the bounds of the house rules.
These prices do not include : any cleaning required, at a cost of €10.00 per hour deductible from the refundable deposit, household linen, and sheet rental at a cost of €8 per pair.
A refundable deposit of €300.00 is required on entering the chalet. This sum is refunded on your departure after deduction of any charges.
